This is an agreement between the customer ("You") and LemuriaDesign ("We").
Placing an order through email or another way, means that you agree with our Terms of Service.

- Definitions: Customized Package - represent the product(s) you choised at the moment of the order. Coding - By coding we refer to the process to transform PSD into HTML, our coding services are only in HTML and CSS. All the HTML files will be validated (HTML 4.0.1) before the delivery if needed or asked.

- Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes.

- Unauthorized Use: You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or
any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent.

- Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership
to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
   
- Privacy Policy:
The information we collect is only for contact and
administration purposes only. We will NOT sell your
information to third partys.
   
- Moneyback and Refunds:
We will not give refunds for items delivered in time.
We will assist you if you have problems with your
product after the order.
We DON'T have moneyback guarantee.
   
- Portfolio:
We reserve the right to expose all our work in our site.
If the client is not agree with this, must pay an extra
charge of $20, so the work won't be exposed in our site.

We reserve the right to modify this terms of service at any time without notifying it.
